Bat Hats 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Bat Hat. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Extended Holiday Returns:

  • Any orders purchased between 11/15 and 12/24 may be returned or exchanged by no later than 1/30.
  • Please follow the standard return process to receive your refund or exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange your Bat Hat within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Returns for a refund will be credited to your original payment method.

  • The cost of shipping is non-refundable

  • Exchanges for a different style are free (we’ll cover standard shipping both ways).

How to Start a Return
Just reach out to us at nate@bathats.com with your order number, and we’ll send you details on how to process your return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow us up to 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
